Question How long does it take to get a confirmation from Scanlink Travel?
Answer Normally, you will get the e-mail confirmation from us within 48 hours except for some special cases; such as, during high or peak season, long special holidays and any unforeseen situations which we may get back to you a bit delay. However, we will try our best to confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

Answer If you have not got any replies from us by e-mail, please kindly resend your inquiry by fax at +(66) 2 277 6043 Attn: Reservation Dept. or you can contact our staff by phone at +(66) 2 277 6041 and +(66) 2 277 6058 from 08.00 a.m. - 04.30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Question How do I make a payment for hotels, tours and other services?
Answer There are two methods of payment to purchase our services;
- Bank transfer (please see our booking guide page)
- Credit card
Step 1 Clicking Payment Online on our homepage which is linked to our payment page.
Step 2 Completing the personal details, then you can select to make the payment by Visa, Master or Amex Card.

Question Can I book and pay directly to the hotel?
Answer No, because the displayed hotel rates are available only through Scanlink Travel.com. The hotel walk in customers will pay the full price which is more expensive than our site 75%. Anyhow, all reservations on our site have to be paid with us before a check in date to guarantee your arrival in advance.

Question If I would like to make any changes of my reservation, how do I make the changing process?
Answer You have to make a cancellation according to our cancellation policy on booking guide page before making the new reservation for hotels or other services.

Question When will I be charged?
Answer There is no immediately charged through your credit card until we will receive your reconfirmation for the booking. Then, after having your reconfirmation, we will charge to your credit card in USD /THB according to the service amount.

Question What is the cancellation policy?
Answer
- Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date will be charged 5% for processing fee
- Cancellation made between 16-29 days before date of arrival will be charged 30% for processing fee
- Cancellation made between 8-15 days before date of arrival will be charged 50% for processing fee
- In case of do not make any perior notice of cancellation OR cancellation made less than 7 days of arrival date, there will be 100% charged (NO RERUND)
Note : the policy can be changed without perior notice

Question Is my credit card number safe?
Answer Yes, absolutely safe because our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Private Communication Technology security standards supported by popular browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape. SSL encodes your credit card number, so that is available only to you and the trusted financial institution. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.
All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution, and we do not maintain in our server any of your financial information, including but not limited to credit card's name, number and expiry date.

Question My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted. Why I get an error while making a payment?
Answer There are a few possibilities;
- Make sure that you have filled information, correctly.
- Make sure that your credit card is still valid, the card expiry date does not precede the reservation date.
- Make sure that your credit limit has not been reached over.
- Make sure that the pop up blocking software/ features are turned off.
- The computer system is error.

Question How long in advance can I make a reservation with Scanlink Travel?
Answer You can make your reservation up to 12 months in advance but please assure for your remembering that you have made the reservation. Anyhow, you will be offered during the reservation process to receive a reminder for your convenience.

Question What if the hotel I have selected is not available?
Answer We will keep you inform via an e-mail and try our best to find other similar hotels for your alternative.

Question Is there a free airport transfer included when I have booked the hotel?
Answer No, it is not included with the hotel price. If you would like a transportation, please kindly mark on the transportation request while you are making the reservation request form.
Note: Please specify us which type of the transportation you prefer; for instance, a hotel limousine or a mini-bus because they are not same rates.
